Our industry is rapidly changing but it doesnt change why we came into the business. We want to:

Inspired by the old renaissance master's workshops, we are striving to create an environment that allows you to work on your art outside of tattooing. By offering higher percentages and booking help, we can help you carve out the time to work on your artistic vision. This studio aims to be MORE than just a tattoo shop, but a staple of the local art community.
What we offer for full time artists:
- Industry standard 60% artist - 40% shop
- 70 % when meeting specific criteria.
- Life friendly, centralized booking automation via studio
- 4 day week minimum (your choice of days) for walk-in artists
- Freedom of schedule for appointment only artists
- 6 day maximum (let's not burnout)
- Basic Disposables provided
- Bi-weekly pay
- Choose your own hours/days
- Inclusion in shop website, instagram & Advertisement.
- Access to professional photo studio
- Help with content creation & branding
- Dedicated time and spaces for art making
- Inclusion in promotional events & opportunities
- Career guidance if needed
* Flexible Part time consideration (less than 4 days a week) may be available depending on space.
What we require for all artists:
- Don't be a predator. We will check. Don't bother applying if thats you.
- Solid portfolio of finished and healed pictures.
- Good healed line work, proper saturation, smooth shading.
- Self Motivated and responsible
- Valid Georgia state tattoo license
- Own Clientele preferred
- Good, honest communication skills
